Newport Beach Real Estate: It's ALL good!
I have never toured a neighborhood in Newport Beach that I didn't like. Newport Beach is a magical place and Newport Beach real estate is as varied and diverse as the people who live here.
If you absolutely, positively HAVE to have an ocean view, then Corona del Mar Village is a great place to call home. Living in a home along Ocean Boulevard, you can actually hear the crashing waves and smell the sea salt. Just south of Corona del Mar Village are the communities of Shore Cliffs and Cameo Shores, where the homes are terraced and the views are endless. Just to the north of Corona del Mar Village and directly across the street from the Fashion Island shopping center is Irvine Terrace. There, the views are not only of the ocean but of Newport Harbor, as well.
Want the ocean views but not the beach traffic? Then you might prefer Newport Coast where the real estate is built into the hills...all the better to capture those cool ocean breezes and panoramic views. Bigger homes on bigger lots with bigger views: that's Newport Coast.
Did you always want to own a boat? There are plenty of places to park it in Newport Beach! Newport Beach dock properties include the communities of Balboa Peninsula, Balboa Island, Bayshores, Lido and Dover Shores. These are homes for the serious yachtsman as well as the casual Duffy Boat cocktail cruisers!
Are you raising a family? There are many family-friendly neighborhoods in Newport Beach. Some of my favorites are One Ford Road, Harbor View Homes and Newport Heights...all a bike-ride away from the ocean.
We also have a gorgeous golf course community right in the heart of Newport Beach. Once you enter the gates of Big Canyon, you feel as if you're a world away from Newport Beach.
